Here is what I enjoy about going to World Market. Before Covid I enjoyed sampling their coffee. The different variety that they have created is fantastic. I really enjoy their chocolate hazelnut, Stroop Waffle, Caramel Macchiato, and during the holidays they have Bourbon Pecan which once you make it your whole house smells like pecan pie.
The selection of food items that are sometimes rare to find in the grocery store is also another reason I enjoy shopping there. I have found some truly unique things by asking the store clerks at the checkout counter what their favorite items are. One of the ladies told me to get Bistro gravy granules to make gravy with. It is super tasty and now I make sure I have it stocked in my pantry.
Their cooking section is always filled with little finds that I now know I can’t live without. Like the easy- to-use garlic press, the small round cutter for cutting herbs, and the mini microplane for mincing garlic or for zesting lemons or limes. They also have good quality of pots and pans like cast iron pans that are great to cook with and last for a long time.
Their selection of mini bottles of champagne and wine under $10 is fantastic. Their wine and beer selection are also good too.
World Market has a ton of different sections to browse. Before I started going to World Market, I never thought I should look for furniture, rugs, lotion, or home décor there. I was kind of enthralled by all the food and cooking sections of their store. But after browsing on my 3rd or 4th trip there I noticed I had other favorite things I liked looking at. For instance, I like going into their lotion and soap collections. I use my A&G (Addison & Gates) hand lotion from World Market every night before bed. We also bought a wood decorative side table that we have next to our couch in the living room. It is actually a nice well-made table that goes with our stuff and was not that costly.
I would highly recommend going to your local World Market or shop online at www.worldmarket.com
